Perri Ashby is a bespoke fashion designer. The boutique and studio in Sherborne hosts Perri Ashby’s renowned ready-to-wear range alongside her personal design service.

London-born Perri has produced collections for international fashion houses and her own brand of clothing for decades. Since relocating her studio from Chelsea to Dorset, Perri has continued to expand her client base, and many visit from all over the country for her experience and knowledge of fashion.

Perri works only in top-quality fabrics including silk, Garigue wool crêpe, lace, embroidery, crêpe de Chine, velvet, and Yorkshire wool tweed. A great selection of samples in all colours are available for inspiration.

Perri Ashby is a one-stop boutique where the client can have a complete and unique outfit designed. We customise beautiful hats, and shoes from Rainbow Club can be dyed to match your outfit. Perri designs her own jewellery that can be shaped to complement the neckline.

With occasion wear a speciality, Perri says, ‘I love helping people to look their very best. We offer a complete design service, and height of shoe, type of hat and budget are all important. A good outfit needs to reflect your personality and the day’. Perri will discuss the type of event and how the client wishes to present herself for the occasion. After discussion and trying on samples, Perri will sketch a design, and the next stage is to make a toile, then the outfit will be handmade by her local team of highly skilled tailors.

The ready-to-wear designs in the boutique are created by Perri, handmade in England by Perri’s tailors, and include occasion wear, unique cocktail jackets, cruise wear, stylish palazzos, tops and sheer kaftans.

In addition to Perri’s designs, we stock the ever-popular and flattering Amazing Woman jeans and their Italian linen and butter-soft Italian knitwear.
